Andy is a construction professional with more than 20 years of experience within the field of Cost Planning, Quantity Surveying and Contractual Dispute Resolution.

 

The majority of his experience is with Residential and Mixed Use Schemes including both city centre high rise schemes to larger multi phase housing schemes comprising of 2,500 units or more.

 

With his experience operating at Board Level for nearly 10 years within the Berkeley Group, effective interaction with client’s representatives at all levels is seamless. His background working within Contractor and Developer businesses prior to his recent consultancy activities allows him to have an in depth understanding of client side operations and processes.

 

Andy has established this consultancy practice based on existing relationships and referrals.
